Preparation time: 15 minutes – Cooking time: 40 to 45 minutes

3 eggs – 240 g flour – 120 g sugar – 1 teaspoon of baking powder -120 g soft butter – 120 g candied fruits – 1 teaspoon of vanilla – 1 pinch of salt

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C, line your mould.
  • Work the butter into a cream, add the sugar.
  • Stir in the eggs one by one, then the flour and the baking powder.
  • Add the pinch of salt.
  • Flour the candied fruits and add them to the dough.
