For 6 people – Preparation time : 5 minutes – Cooking time : 10 minutes

100 g chocolate – 100 g butter – 2 eggs -175 g caster sugar – 75 g flour

• Melt butter andchocolate together.
• Mix the flour,sugar and eggs together in a bowl.
• Pour in thechocolate and butter mixture, then mix.
• Pour into abuttered or nonstick pan and cook for 10 minutes in a 210°C preheated oven.
