Flower heads of cuckoo flower (a consequent harvest) – Olive Oil – Lemon juive – Sea salt
- Blend or chop the flower heads and turnthem into a grey paste
- Add the oil until the plant is saturatedwith oil
- Pour in the lemon juice to bring out thepink colour of the petals.
- Addsalt and pepper
- Putin jars
